OBOLO processes your personal data to perform its role and perform its activities, develop and improve the services offered to users.

All personal data collected are processed with automated and manual tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve exclusively the purposes indicated above and in order to guarantee the integrity, confidentiality and security of the persons by the work of staff and collaborators of the OBOLO; or by persons expressly appointed as data processors who act on the basis of specific instructions provided for the purposes and methods of processing.

Personal data may be communicated to other public and private subjects solely by virtue of laws or regulations, to achieve the purposes listed above in point 3. OBOLO will not even make international data transfers.

  • - the right to access their data; (lets you know what kind of data is used by OBOLO and the characteristics of the processing that is performed)
  • - the right to request corrections, deletion, or limitation to processing;
  • - the right to object to the processing.

 

Furthermore, the subject has the right to withdraw/cancel his consent of the data at any time, without however affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal/cancellation.



8. EXERCISE OF THE RIGHTS OF THE SUBJECT:

For the exercise of the rights, as per point 7, the interested party may contact OBOLO by sending a registered letter with return receipt to the address: Ufficio Obolo di San Pietro 00120 Vatican City. Or an email with the subject “PERSONAL DATA" to: obolo@sds.va
The request, whatever be the form used for the same, must be accompanied by the name and surname of the person concerned, a photocopy of the Identity Document and an indication of the right that one wants to exercise.
We inform you that we can refuse to respond to requests that we consider to be futile, harmful to the privacy of others, contrary to a legitimate use of data where this is aimed at ensuring the safety of people, environments or goods.
